I have ordered from here previously and had success so I was unprepared for the lack of customer service or product quality with this particular rose. It has no suction and doesn’t hold a charge. I emailed and have yet to have a response for an exchange according to their policy. I am beyond disappointed. I would love a return email or the mailing label for an exchange. I am hoping that this review helps that process.
